The terms on which we publish this website: what our published information does and does not promise, what we ask of you when you use the enquiry form, and who owns the words and photographs on these pages.

Using this website
This website is published by Sri Sharada International School, run by the Sri Sharada Foundation Trust, Survey No. 1/2, Near Koppal Medical College, Gangavathi Road, Kidadhal, Koppal – 583231, Karnataka. By browsing it or sending us an enquiry through it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These terms cover the website only. They are not the terms on which a child is admitted to or studies at the school — those are set out in the school’s own admission documentation.
The information we publish
We take care that what appears here is accurate and current, and we correct errors as soon as we find them. Even so, this site is written for general information and may at times be incomplete or out of date.
- Fees, dates, age criteria, class strengths and facilities can change, and the figures here are indicative. The school’s current published fee structure and the admission documents you are given are what actually apply.
- Results, achievements and student numbers describe past academic years. They are not a promise of future results.
- Where this site and the CBSE Mandatory Public Disclosure documents disagree, the disclosure documents are the authoritative ones.
Sending an enquiry is not an application, and it does not reserve or guarantee a seat. Admission is confirmed only by the school in writing, after the published admission process is completed.
What you agree not to do
You are welcome to read, link to, print and share anything on this site. You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading or abusive information through the enquiry form, or submit anyone else’s personal details without their permission.
- Send automated, bulk or repeated submissions, or attempt to defeat the form’s anti-spam protection.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or its database, or probe, scan or test their security.
- Scrape, harvest or republish photographs of our students, our staff lists or our contact details — in particular for marketing or for training automated systems.
- Use the site in any way that breaks Indian law or disrupts other people’s use of it.
Photographs, text and marks
The text, photographs, films, page designs and layout of this site belong to the school or to the Sri Sharada Foundation Trust, and are protected by copyright. The school’s name, its swan-and-lotus mark and its motto are ours.
You may quote short extracts and link to any page, provided you credit the school and do not suggest we endorse you. Reproducing photographs of our students anywhere else requires our written permission, which we give sparingly — these are children, and their families trusted us with those images.
Links to other sites
We link to our sister institutions, to our social media pages, to Google Maps and occasionally to other organisations. Those sites are run by other people, under their own terms and their own privacy policies.
A link from us is not an endorsement of everything on the site it points to, and we are not responsible for their content or their availability.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep this site available and working, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including during maintenance, without notice.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, or from relying on information published here where the authoritative source said otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Your personal data
How we handle the information you send us — what we collect, who processes it, how long we keep it and what rights you have — is set out in full in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Koppal, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website.
We may update these terms; the current version always appears on this page. This version was last reviewed on 18 October 2026. Questions about them go to admission@ssis.org.in.
