Mr. Vijay Kumar Sajjan, a seasoned Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), holds a degree in Business Management and has over 15 years of diverse experience in corporate law, audit, taxation, and financial advisory services. Currently a practicing Company Secretary in Bangalore, he has served in leadership roles at the Bengaluru Chapter of ICSI and was recognized for academic excellence by the Deputy Chief Minister, Shri B. S. Yediyurappa.
With a proven track record of incorporating over 150 companies and LLPs, Mr. Sajjan provides professional services to more than 350 companies nationwide.
Qualifications: BBM, FCS, CA Final
Presently practicing as a Company Secretary.
